Friends of Crewkerne Station up for Award

It’s Your Station Awards

We’re thrilled that It’s Your Neighbourhood group The Friends of Crewkerne Station (FOCS) have made it on to the prestigious Community Rail Awards shortlist.

Recognized not only for outstanding commitment and hard work in keeping the station, platform and banks looking good, the volunteers are also acknowledged for awareness of environmental responsibility and focus on involvement for the good of the community.

We’ll be keeping our fingers crossed until December when the awards will be announced virtually.

Meantime, the FOCS continue to work hard, relieved that Covid related hurdles have been eased.
